Another month to tackle the winter-blues weight gain. Using a combination of the Turbo-Protein diet plan, The Zone, and some Atkins. Not a meat eater. Eliminating 120 calorie slice Flax 'n Grains Bread, 1 stick of cheese for 60 calories, and . Using light yogurt twice daily. Beginning the day with liquid protein drink. Keeping 1 egg for breakfast, Pure Protein bar and handful almonds for lunch, and soy or vegetable patty for dinner.
108.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
