Starting over again ~ with a recent diagnosis of Type II diabetes and a degenerative spine, my weight must come down. Even my husband, who prefers larger women, has asked me to lose some of the weight, as he is concerned about my health. We both understand that diabetes can be a killer ~ and I don't want to end up in a wheelchair because of my back. His asking me to lose some weight was a real eye opener...
