I weighed at the doctor 2 weeks ago at 366. I actually weighed myself at 355 tonight. I should have weighed this morning instead of thinking I was at 366 still.
355.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 190.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
