Am trying to cut back on alcohol - empty calories. Love wine tho. Trying white wine with soda...halves it at least. Tonight, we danced. Love that form of exercise. Didn't drink anything alcoholic all day. Pretty sure that solves many problems weight-wise. Tomorrow's a new day. I'm optimistic!
163.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
