Hello and Happy Friday FS!

Down a tad today! Yeah! 💃 So, looking at my weight … my bars are green! I’ve never seen green bars on FS before! Pretty exciting! 💃💃

So, I was looking at my BMI again yesterday. I found a calculator for geriatric folks (over 65). According to that calculator, my weight is normal. Other calculators, show me as overweight. I’m still working towards my weight goal I have set but trying to figure if I need a reset for a lower goal weight to achieve a BMI that is set by other calculators not specific for older folks. Guess I will keep trucking along and see what happens.

158.3 lb Lost so far: 33.7 lb.    Still to go: 23.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know you lost a lot of weight Javadali, but I think I have always known you as thin. Aren’t you proud of yourself? It is such a good feeling to get in clothes that fit and there’s no lumps or bumps.😁 I love not having a criticizing brother-in-law to contend with. 🙃 Have a Fantastic Friday night!😊🌸
