up a pound and a half since Wednesday- disappointing since all I ate yesterday was a couple bowls of the mushroom soup and half an avocado. The rest of the soup has gone to freezer camp for later :)

Guess I should stick to the "fruit only (no vegetables)" for a week as suggested. The iron and vitamins in the kale did me good though --no more morning wooziness-- and the slight gain after a fast is actually normal. It's good to be consistently under 220 again!
217.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 72.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.9 lb a week

Can I tear a page out of my own book? If you're being good, it will catch up. Be patient and don't allow the daily fluctuations get you down. The soup may have been salty!

noooooooooooo not fruit only, fruit has tons of sugar...what diet plan are you on?

I found that fruits have to much sugar and a boatload of carbs. I only have a little everyday for the good carbs to keep me going during my workout.

it's not really a "diet plan," I'm just coming off a water fast and the recommendation is to follow the water fast with only fruit and fruit juices for the same length of time, then add vegetables.
