My weight is Staying the same and I'll take it! I have been snacking WAAAAAAAAAAAAY too much and I could do better. But Guess what? I am happy and not stressed about every single thing I put into my mouth. Slow and steady wins the race, i can do this. I have been able to manage stress at work and at home without stuffing my face for comfort... a drug is a drug is a drug....whether it be food or booze or even tylenol... I am so happy to meet so many wonderful people trying to improve their health and outlook on this site. Thanks to Fat Secret, so many of us have gotten connected and gotten the support we all need to succeed! Have a good day, Everyone!
