Actually this is my weight for yesterday (Wednesday, February 19). This is my official weight at TOPS and I will be only weighing on Wednesdays now while I am using their program.
184.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 54.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
