Hello and Happy Sunday FS!

I’m back and connected! I found that I could easily enter my weight on my phone but had trouble using my iPad to journal. Mostly issues with connectivity and also time.

Anyway, I’m happy with my weight! We had some fabulous get togethers! My family has always been food focused plus we went to restaurants a few times. Not much measuring was involved but I was aware. Also, walking/hiking/biking was a part of the picture too.

So, back to me and focusing on me and weight loss. I got this! Still determined!! Woo hoo! 💃💃💃
