Walked uphill a lot in MX yesterday, so got 8,732 steps but counts for more. exhausted in after so couch rest of day & bed early. Too tired to move. Ate big meal in MX: chilaquiles, beans, rice...too much but oh, so good! Made quesadillas for supper, corn tortillas, small amt cheese, fat free refried beans, sm amt, spinach. 2 tortillas for each of 2. And some of the GF cheese puffs that arent that great...big mistake. And, GF pizza is back in Tucson.lc
127.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
