Day six of the water fast is done, and I'm sorely tempted to continue beyond the seven days. Ketosis is now at nearly two pounds of fat per day. I feel fine, a bit weak when I wake up but once I'm up and moving about that passes.

My clothes fit differently already. Profile looks better, though there's still enough visceral fat to keep my belly button gazing skyward. I'd like to get rid of ALL the visceral fat.

One informative site I read (http://www.gaianstudies.org/articles4.htm) claims in prolonged fasts the body begins eating anything non-essential, for instance tumors, warts and other growths. I have a couple hard fatty deposits on my left shin that I'd really like to go away.

For anyone considering a water fast, my experience is the first 2-3 days are the hardest.
218.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 73.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
