I lost a pound! I shouldn't have gotten weighed yesterday, but I did anyhow. What was more exciting was that my body fat percentage went down to 28%. I hope and pray that I've turned the corner in my new way of life where I stop hanging on to that nasty fat for good. I don't allow High Fructose Corn Syrup, or artificial sweeteners in the house. If something needs to be sweet, it gets raw honey. 260.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
