My clothes ready up a whole size but the scale only day up 3.4 #. That must be bloat then. And it’s from eating gluten. Dang!!
163.4 lb Lost so far: 42.7 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week
