Did the weekly weigh-in and measurements, hubby has dropped over 5" and over 11lbs since we started tracking. I have gained 4" but lost over 7lbs since we started. We decided to start tracking on 11/29/13 and right now I don't want to shove an oreo cookie down is mouth! On a good note, I have lost 3" since my doctor appointment and I have consistently lost 2lbs for 3 weeks now :)
210.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 60.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
