I've been lax on exercise and filling in my calories after the fact. Maintaining adequately even though enjoying the summer holiday and not being 100% diligent in this heat.
137.5 lb Lost so far: 12.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
