My body fat percentage is still around 30%, but my weight is increasing. This means I've at least stemmed the fat gain. Now I need to focus on fat *loss.*
261.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.6 lb a week

Thanks girls! I would be really happy if I could go beyond stopping it and have it go in reverse. All of my sources have told me to be ready for weight gain to a point, and then I will get metabolically right. On a positive note, my more attractive half noticed the physical changes, and no matter what, that has made everything worth it so far.
