1460 kcal Fat: 40.62g | Prot: 95.59g | Carb: 189.80g.   Breakfast: milk, multi grain cheerios. Lunch: salsa, tortilla chips bite size, key lime pie yogurt hyvee, oscar mayer honey smoked turkey, frenchs honey mustard, sara lee 45. Dinner: light cottage cheese shurfine, just 2 good, iceberg lettuce, mozzarella cheese, bread crumbs, fettuccine, ragu spaghetti sauce, boneless skinless chicken breast great value. Snacks/Other: peter pan creamy peanut butter, apple. more...
losing 1.3 lb a week
