Slow & steady . . . . I realized that I just need to implement one new thing at a time, I need a real gym, I need to tweak my nutrition, if I learn just one new recipe a week that would be great! I tested my BS today out of curiosity; it was 100. Not great but not horrible. I found mustard greens this week! Yum! I really like the kick of flavor and the extra crunch. I tried to make kale chips, and some were crunchy and great, but some came out chewy and moist . .. . . I am reading the 2 day diabetes Diet, and a great "cookbook" for raw vegan foods! I'm also still going through Dr. Fuhrman's Eat to LIve. It's very interesting to read about different approaches to nutrition and inspiring to look at recipes with pictures . .. . Looking for a pro quality food processor! I am thinking about the Breville sous chef, but it's out of stock in black at the BBB website . .. . . My trainer pointed out that my blob of back fat is gone. I think he might be right! I just want to get to 172 for now, that is my mini-goal, which will be -40 pounds! Thanks to all my friends here for sharing and caring and making this journey possible! on did I mention we are having a blizzard and another snow day at home with the kids?
176.2 lb Lost so far: 61.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
