After having a really good week last week, this is really defeating. It is the day of or before my period, so there is likely to be extra weight and bloat, but not what I like to see. I have been snacking and eating more at lunch and then nibbling at home. My home situation is still annoying, as my mom and dad are always there and always eating poorly. I was 125.8 with heels on, even though they are the heavier heels. Just really bummed out. Need to stop snacking and eat less carbs. Been good about not drinking beer.
124.8 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
