I just can't get back on track after my staycation a couple of weeks ago...😞
201.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week

There is always a reason for a change in weight. The cause is any or all of "calories, PFC balance, vitamins, minerals, dietary fiber, fermented foods".
