1653 kcal Fat: 56.95g | Prot: 67.66g | Carb: 227.98g.   Breakfast: unsweetened soy milk, half and half, coffee, prunes, apple, Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, steel cut oats. Lunch: light cheddar cheese slices trader joes, celery, wasa multipgrain, grapefruit. Dinner: tahini free hummus, Green Goddess Dressing, walnuts, no sugar added muesli, kefir plain, trader joes crumbled feta, Grape Tomatoes, iceberg lettuce, baby carrots, cucumber, celery, strawberries. Snacks/Other: apple juice, wasabi peas, apple. more...
