Been stuck at this weight for a while now. Had the flu recently, and still have the cough. It's very difficult to do cardio as it puts me in coughing fits. Dying to start running and wanting to buy a treadmill so that I can start doing more cardio... must get rid of this cough first I suppose.
132.5 lb Lost so far: 42.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
