SO proud that I am now down a total of 6 lb since starting the Abs Diet. It took only 30 days. I did not get to exercise yesterday because we had company until late, well except for the hour-long walk with the dog. And then I was WAY too tired to work out.

Today was hectic, had a client make an offer this morning, then immediately went shopping with my friend for 4 1/2 hours (bought some CUTE new workout clothes) and came home to make the Abs Diet recipe for Enchilada Lasagna. Luckily my bff who is a picky eater just loves it. I kind of skipped lunch although I did have snacks in my purse, THANK YOU Clif bar and roasted almonds and bottle of water!!!! But I am sad because I am not sure I can or should work out tonight... it's a strength training day for me. But my legs are killing me from walking around in heels for 6 straight hours. Maybe I will include the arms, shoulders, chest and ab exercises and only do the leg exercises that aren't painful with these sore leg muscles I have.

Concerns: I go out of state Saturday morning and will not return until Tuesday afternoon. I will be somewhat at the mercy of my family's eating habits and will not have the comfort or convenience of my own kitchen appliances and healthy food. I will do my best to take healthy snacks and buy smoothie ingredients while I am there, but otherwise I might have to face a weight gain? We'll see. My period is coming up really soon too. Oh well, such battles are going to be common stumbling blocks to any dieter.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
