Apparently, an extra day gave me the opportunity to drop another 2 pounds which puts me only one pound away from where I was before my birthday. Sabatoge almost reversed! Yeah!
309.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 109.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Are u still doing HCG? I'm thinking about going back on it. I'm on a diet with some gals from church but I keep thinking about HCG. the one I am on now is a 4 wk commitment & I'm in the middle of week 3. How r u feeling?
