After a day of jury duty and then the next home with my sick kid, I got myself to the gym to kick off my challenge. No breaks for the next few days!

I have been getting a lot of exercise, but I have not been eating well. I have not had the luxury of cooking and eating at home the past few days and I have been so bad at picking good food. For example, I had a nice salad, but paired it with pizza. I do have such a weakness for pizza! I have stopped drinking wine in the evenings, but instead have been eating potato chips. Aaargh!
171.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
