Yup; not that great this week! But I am losing by measurements; waist down 1/2" hip down also! Wednesdays and 3 pm = hungry time! Have to come up with a plan for that! My scale is broken! This could be a good thing. Liberating?
177.8 lb Lost so far: 60.2 lb.    Still to go: 17.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
