Another 0.2 lb down today! I am excited. Yesterday I ate really well, I even had a few extra calories because I exercised a lot yesterday. An hour-long walk with the dog, 20 minutes at a fast-walk pace on the treadmill, 6 minutes of stairclimbing, and 20 minutes at a fast clip on the elliptical. Also, my bff called and wanted me to go to dinner with her cuz she had a rough day, but I was eating a snack of tuna salad & crackers when she called, so I just sat in the restaurant with her and didn't eat there. Nothing looked appetizing anyway. How strange that when you get used to eating good food that junk looks unappealing. I bought some SweeTart hearts for Valentine's Day and my bf gave me one and it just wasn't as good as I remember. Usually I'd want to just hoover down the entire single-serve box. Don't get me wrong, I think it's a good thing.

On Saturday I am going out-of-state for 3 days so I am nervous about that. I am going to visit my dad and brother at my childhood home, so I can take some stuff with me for smoothies, etc. But I won't be able to stick to my diet 24/7. My stepmom cooks almost every night and I feel it's rude not to eat what she cooks when I am their guest; and we also usually go out to eat a couple times to celebrate my visit. I am going to be sure to work out while I am there, and practice portion control and pack healthy snacks and make smoothies. I am confident! I just hope I don't gain a bunch of weight back. :(
