I'm happy.

Okay, I'm ecstatic! I can't believe how well I'm doing on this plan. Down another couple from yesterday. Wow! I hope it keeps up like this!!

I'm also happy .. okay, ecstatic, that I'm no longer nauseated at the thought of eating. I'm able to enjoy the foods I'm eating now these past couple of days.

That Tuna patties recipe I found the other day sure is good!!! I had 2 patties last night for dinner, along with some mixed greens, and one patty this morning with more greens.

I'd love to find a soup that is just a carb or two. I'll have to look around at some more recipes here on this site.

That's awesome!!! I saved a cauliflower soup in my recipes. Take a look, it's suppose to taste like potato soup. If you click on it, you 'll have the option to save on your profile. I hope to make it this weekend. Maybe it's what you are looking for. I just established a profile on Atkins Community. I did a couple of years ago, when I lost my 60. Can't recall my name etc so I started a new one. All free. Atkins has some great recipes too! So nic to hear you are doing great!

Thanks so much LSW!! I'll check your recipes for that soup; funny, I just found a potato salad recipe using cauliflower instead of potato! I haven't made that yet either, but I plan on it. P.S. I hope to be able to say that I will have lost 60 lbs (fairly soon) as well :):):)

Babe, here's a recipe for flourless cream of broccoli soup. On Atkins or ketogenic, you can splurge with heavy cream, cheese and even throw in some crumbled bacon. Very minimal carbs without the flour. I haven't tried this one yet, but it sounds yum a ding! http://shecookshecleans.net/2011/09/17/roasted-broccoli-cheddar-soup/
