I got off track for a few days but stayed within my calories. Gained a pound. I am going to try to decrese the fat and carb portion of the calorie intake and pick up the exersize. Went for a 2 maile walk yesterday out side in the sunshine. It felt so good.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
