Yesterday my bf insisted on taking me out for a Valentine's Day lunch since we are both busy today/tonight. We went to Outback Steakhouse and I drank water and ate the 6-oz sirloin, two sides of steamed French green beans, about half the "appetizer" bread they give you, and shared a really small piece of cheesecake with him. I am happy to say that I actually lost weight yesterday. Except for the cheesecake, my meal followed the Abs Diet guidelines in every way. We also had a fresh 4-lb chicken on hand and had it in the crock pot all day-- it turned out tender and delicious. :)
