Last daily weigh-in. Now I go to weekly. The daily was so I could ananlyze the effectiveness of the diet for jump-starting my weight loss. So far, so good. It hasn't slowed down yet...
178.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
