I wouldn't say that I was much better this week BUT for some reason I gained less back this weekend. Maybe the time of the month BUT I was bad bad last night. I'll just keep trying and hopefully I get better and better over time.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Happy Valentine's Day Sandra! I'm afraid that I blew it with the rum raisin over the weekend, it's almost all gone now though. :-) I don't know but it seems to me that you are doing very well. That weigh in yesterday the 13th is a six month low for you and puts you into new territory. Try to keep it coming down, it should be getting easier.

Hi!! Never give up, keep trying until you find the way to balance everything, food/exercise/sleep/social life etc... It is hard, but you are worth the effort! I heard the last week of feb. will be the coldest ever recorded. I hope it's not true... It is cold enough right now. Any big plan for the long weekend?

Hey you thanks for all the encouragement through my ruff time. I glanced at the date and nearly fell off my chair thinking i havent been commiting enough time to myself for over a month since i heard some scary news and it feels good to be back on track. Happy Wednesday!
