I reached my goal. Time to set a new one.

I am a well oiled workout machine again. I just increased my cardio this past week and my weight finally went sub-170 lbs.

Now I'm going to let the tape measure and the mirror decide what my actual goal weight should be. It appears that I have another 7 lbs to loose, give or take a pound based on gaining muscle / loosing fat. I'm changing my body composition, not just trying to loose weight so the scale can be tricky. I use clothing and the mirror to get a true gauge of my progress.

Yay me!
169.4 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Congratulations!! We can never have too many people who actually achieve their weight loss goals! Cyber-confetti raining down on you.... Hope you'll still stay around and encourage all of us who have some pounds left to go.

Thank you so much Sandy!! I took my sweet time about loosing the weight because I changed my lifestyle one habit at a time. I'm not going anywhere!! In fact I'm trying to get some friends to join me!! I just set a new goal, so I'll be here, the last few pounds are the hardest to loose!

I haven't had much luck getting friends to join me on FatSecret. This is such a valuable tool!! Let's see what the future holds.
