I ate good today.
HAd an egg for breakfst( I normally skip breakfast and coffee is my Breakfast!!)
then had some celery sticks with Hummus for lunch
I was munching on cheese sticks ( low fat) at 10 before that.
came home, just took nap! So I don't go looking inthe pantry for somethingot eat.
then had some beef burgurs for dinner ( just the grilled burgur ) I ate 3!!!! but i was satisfied!
Before dinner i did munh on some cashew nuts thought.. os today was not bad!! I think the week is over so if u don't count saturday n sunday!!! we are the end on the first 7 days...
160.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 9.5 lb a week
