It's been a crazy week. I had an appointment with the doctor (orthopedic) and weighed 285.2. 😩! But.... I weighed myself this morning, 279.1! FINALLY, got below the 280's!! My pre-op visit is in July, and surgery is set for August 3rd. I think I can get way below the 270 the doctor asked for by then! I've been craving spicy 🔥 foods that I normally don't eat. Pepper jack cheese for one. I made some turkey tacos last night, and was out of seasoning, so made my own, and found the cayenne pepper in the cupboard I had forgotten! Happy camper last night,lol! Hope you all have a fantastic day!!
279.1 lb Lost so far: 15.9 lb.    Still to go: 14.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

dr. scales are always atleast 5 more pounds to actual weight go by the scale at home

You can do this! Keep going! Oh and by the way if you love good flavored spices try Chipotle Pepper powder! Smoky flavor oh so good!
