Only lost 400g. So disappointed! Feels like I will never get under the 120 mark, been trying so hard, but for the past 3 weeks I only lost 1kg in total. 😔 But on the brighter side, I have lost a total of 9,9kg in 12 weeks time. Still a long road ahead. I definitely need to make some adjustments.
265.0 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 110.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1787 kcal Fat: 90.44g | Prot: 51.96g | Carb: 187.60g.   Breakfast: SPAR Full Cream Fresh Milk, Kellogg's Corn Flakes. Lunch: Rainbow Simply Chicken Burgers, Crosse & Blackwell Tangy Mayonnaise, Cucumber (with Peel), Tomatoes, Woolworths Fresh Herb Salad, Cooked Yellow Corn (from Frozen, Fat Not Added in Cooking). Dinner: All Gold Tomato Sauce, Minced Beef (70% Lean / 30% Fat), Sunflower Oil, Tomatoes, Onions , Fatti's & Moni's Macaroni, Selati Golden Brown Sugar, Cooked Mushrooms (Fat Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other: Illovo Golden Syrup, Stork Country Spread, Albany Everyday White Bread. more...
