I'm not going to get too upset over this. I had a weekend off due to a celebration in the family and I ended up eating lots of junk food.
It happens!
I'll just be extra extra good this week. 🙂
266.8 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 132.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I often think we forget that we’re only human after all! Seeing posts that show both ups and downs actually give me more encouragement and the feeling that I’m not on my own than those that only post biggish losses so thank you 🙏 I guess it’s personal to each and every journey but well done you for posting!
