My cheat meal for the week yesterday involved a ton of soy sauce at a Japanese steakhouse, so I think the extra weight since my last weigh-in came from bloating and will be gone soon. I have been doing SO well on the diet.
147.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
