I fell hard!! I had the worst weekend. I went to work Sat. and I was the only person on the hall. I had twenty residents to get up, bath, and get them ready for the day. I was so tired that I really didn't care about what I was eating. I know it was wrong, and it's really not an excuse, but I had a meltdown. Pray for me!!
