Very disappointed in myself.

Feel the weight creeping back on. Even though I am down this week, I don't feel healthy in my skin the way I did when I returned from Asia before Thanksgiving...
Today is a new day...new week.
131.1 lb Lost so far: 1.9 lb.    Still to go: 26.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
