291.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It sure us, Well done to you Vera, I started my weight loss 4 days ago and set myself 800 calories a day, but am amazed to find I haven't even been eating that many. Before dieting I used to eat everything fried, fast foods (all the bad stuff) so am rather surprised that I haven't been tempted. Not weighed in yet as I have to go buy some good scales tomorrow and am terrified to do my first weigh in lol Anyway keep up the good work and feel free to message me (we could support each other) ?. Going to force myself to do some brisk walking on the treadmill now so hope you have a good day.
