Have been ordering take out a lot the past week and a half. Try to eat healthy. Portions are larger than typical compared to making my own meals and probably too high in sodium.
141.8 lb Lost so far: 63.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.8 lb a week


Comments 
Takeout does have a lot of salt and sugar in it. Making your food would be best. If you not great at cooking you can follow some YouTube videos or google some dishes.
