Hi Guys. I am ashamed to check in because all I have to report is that I have been eating like a fat cow! I have to get a grip on things soon. I love eating this way but I hate the way it makes me feel. I hate that I had such great success and now I am failing so badly. My clothes are getting tighter. Everyone keep up the good work. I will find my willpower soon I hope.
234.0 lb Lost so far: 54.0 lb.    Still to go: 79.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.5 lb a week

You need to find out what happen in April and May / That made you turn away from your goals. You were really doing so well. Hope you find yourself and continue your progress. Good Luck and keep fighting back.

Hey, I don't know if this will help, but I've read that it is critical to have a goal in mind (along with some form of reward) in order to stay on track. It was some article on what motivates people to lose the weight, and it said the most successful 'losers' had a very focused goal in their minds that they wanted to achieve. Things like class reunions, beach vacations, family reunions, weddings, or visiting an old friend were some of the biggest motivators. Without one of these, I think it's easier to 'put it off till tomorrow'. Do you have something big coming up that you have to get ready for that will turn the willpower on like a vengence?
