YEAH, YEAH, YEAH FINALLY HIT 253.........HOPEFULLY I'LL BE IN THE 40'S
NEXT WEEK. I have't seen the 40's for a very long time. I'm tryig to take it 10 pounds at a time, it makes it easier..
253.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
