I don't know why the scale jumped, and frankly I don't care as long as it stays that number or less. When I reach 170 that will be a 15 pound weight loss and almost half of my total weight loss goal. I have been killing it at the gym. 170 I am going to make you my bitch.
172.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
