When people aren't losing (barring any medical reasons), it's usually something we are or are not doing. Some things to think about. Are you tracking all your food honestly? Those bites, licks and tastes add up. Are you eating the correct amount of calories to help you lose? Sometimes you need to play around with them till you find what works. Are you drinking water? It helps flush out sodium and keep things moving. Are you getting enough lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies? Sometimes it's about WHAT we are eating and not just HOW MUCH. Lean protein and high fiber foods help us lose fat better than any other food groups. Processed foods contain tons of sodium and can inhibit weight loss in some people. Are you being active? Exercise burns calories, helps us lose fat and helps keep our body and heart healthy. Even just slapping on a pedometer and aiming for 10,000 steps a day is a great thing. All the small things we do regularly can add up to a loss. Focus on a pound a week. Also, look at how your clothes are fitting. Sometimes we see fat loss and don't see the scale move.

I eat mostly fish (flounder, salmon) or skinless chicken breast baked I try to have a little dairy, and fresh fruit(i make fresh fruit smoothies) every day but I haven't been hungry so my calorie intake is only 700-900 when it should be 1900 and for exercise I do the Jillian michaels kick box fit&fast its only a 20 min workout but it whoops your butt.

I eat a lot of fish and fresh veggies. Are you taking any 30 minute walks? I found walking was the best way to lose weight. I didn't notice it at first, it seemed to all of a sudden come off. You need to keep your heart rate up for thirty minutes (from what I've read). Try that once a day, then add in an extra walk. Don't worry yourself about it, we all lose differently. Some of us--it comes off fast, then it stops. Some of us it's slower, but then keeps coming off. I"m really impressed with your positive/healthy attiditude--"I don't plan on giving up." Wow--that says it all! You're going to do it!
