trying to be very careful with what I eat so i wont gain any weight. The hardest part after the cleanse if sticking to your fruits and veggies, and not spiraling toward the bread and treats. Dx bah
132.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
