I seem to be having trouble. . . I was doing really well, and now I am not losing that fast! I gained this week, but part of it is out of my control. My advisor was really helpful and told me to do the hot lemon water 2x's a day for the next few days and that should help flush it out of me. haha
238.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The hot lemon water will help with water retention. Are you eating the same thing everyday? Chicken for lunch everyday? Carrots everyday? Etc. Vary your foods, the body gets tired of processing the same ol'. Change it up to get your body excited about what you put into it. If you use frozen meals for lunch during the work week, reduce that to 2-3 times a week. I hope that helps.

Thanks for the support. I do tend to eat the same things - carrotts every day, strawberries etc. I will switch it up and see what happens. Have a good weekend.

I have been lectured that soooo many times. I eat chicken too much so now I am eating a lbs of pb in the morning and only eating half my protein for dinner, very small, but it seemed to have shocked my body. I eat strawberries and apples all the time, I prob need to change that as well.
