been trying to watch what I eat since I can't do a whole lot for exercise. Still waiting to hear from my surgeon about my back, from what I hear he's a bit of a tough love kinda dr so if you do what your told he won't tolerate it. so I need to drop the weight before I see him so he can see that I am trying to make it better and doing what I can. It's just hard when everything hurts. With the lock down I can't do the pool or anything. I can only walk for about a half hour before it gives me grief. so I'll just keep doing what I'm doing I guess. monitor my eating as best I can. lots of water...I've figured out that my stomach won't tolerate pop anymore so that's done (it's a good thing lol) but I miss the fizz. Been drinking flavoured fizzy water and it solves the craving
