Another 0.6 lb lost! It feels so good to see results after being so careful. I didn't take the dog out for an hour walk like usual so my body naturally ate less calories yesterday.
147.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
